About Vidyasagar Site

We are a group of software engineers from Karnataka who have been enjoying Vidyasagar's music right from the days when he was a little musician on the block who surprised us all with those energetic numbers in "Jai Hind" and "Karna". We looked around on the internet and to our dismay, found multiple web sites and wiki's dedicated to other South Indian music directors but none for our favorite ever-smiling composer. This is in spite of the number of awards he has bagged over the past decade and the popularity he presents enjoys in Tamil and Malayalam film music world. So, we decided to take up the project and maintain the same as a token of our admiration and gratitude towards the talented and humble music director in Vidyasagar who has given us many happy years of creative and distinctive music.
