Paneer Paratha/Parota Ingredients:
Wheat Flour – 1 cup
Chopped Onions – 1
Finely chopped Green Chillies – 2
Paneer / Cottage Cheese hand crushed – 1/2 cup
Coriander Leaves / Cilantro – 1/4 cup
Carom Seeds / Ajwain – 1/4 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Salt
Ghee
Paneer Paratha/Parota Method:
Mix all the above ingredients except Ghee with water and prepare smooth dough as you would for Chapati. Keep aside for half an hour.
Take a small portion of the dough, make a small ball and roll it out like Chapati.
Bake this Paneer Paratha/Parota on tawa and cook it with Ghee until it turns golden brown. Repeat the process for other dough balls.
Now Paneer Paratha/Parota is ready. Paneer Paratha/Parota can be served with any type of gravy or with Coconut Chutney.
