Biscuit Chocolate Rolls

Biscuit Chocolate Rolls turned out to be quite delicious. These rolls are easy to prepare. Most of the children love to have them. When you have lots of biscuits left at home and finding it difficult to consume, prepare Biscuit Chocalte Rolls or Biscuit Tower or similar recipes which attract children and adults alike. These chocolate rolls look yummy and tasted really good.

Biscuit Rolls Ingredients:

Marie Biscuit – 10-12
Milk – 1 Tbsp
Unsalted Butter – 1 tsp
Sugar Powder – 4 tsp
Cocoa Powder – 1 tsp

How to Prepare:

Cut the Marie Biscuits into small pieces and grind them in a mixer grinder to prepare a fine powder.

Pour the powder into a vessel, add the 2 tsp of Sugar powder and Milk and mix well to prepare a soft dough like the chapati dough. Keep aside for 15 min.

Chocolate or Cocoa Cream: In another bowl, add 1 tsp unsalted Butter, 2 tsp of Sugar powder, 1/2 tsp of Cocoa powder and beat well until it turns soft and fluffy. Ensure that Sugar powder and Cocoa-powder are blend properly with Butter.

Divide the dough into small balls of suitable size and roll it out like chapati/Roti. Spread the Chocolate Cream on the rolled out chapati/Roti.

Roll this with hand into a stick shape as shown in the image. Place this in a refrigerator for an hour.

This Chocolate plus Biscuit based dough stick must become hard. Now cut this stick into evenly sized pieces to form a pattern like that of a Jalebi as shown in the image below.

Now Biscuit Chocolate Roll is ready to serve. Store them always in the refrigerator and consume. Most children love the Biscuit Chocolate Rolls.

    The chocolate cream quantities are all in teaspoon. This will give 3.5 tsp of cream. Is this correct?
