Biscuit Rolls Ingredients:
Marie Biscuit – 10-12
Milk – 1 Tbsp
Unsalted Butter – 1 tsp
Sugar Powder – 4 tsp
Cocoa Powder – 1 tsp
How to Prepare:
Cut the Marie Biscuits into small pieces and grind them in a mixer grinder to prepare a fine powder.
Pour the powder into a vessel, add the 2 tsp of Sugar powder and Milk and mix well to prepare a soft dough like the chapati dough. Keep aside for 15 min.
Chocolate or Cocoa Cream: In another bowl, add 1 tsp unsalted Butter, 2 tsp of Sugar powder, 1/2 tsp of Cocoa powder and beat well until it turns soft and fluffy. Ensure that Sugar powder and Cocoa-powder are blend properly with Butter.
Divide the dough into small balls of suitable size and roll it out like chapati/Roti. Spread the Chocolate Cream on the rolled out chapati/Roti.
Roll this with hand into a stick shape as shown in the image. Place this in a refrigerator for an hour.
This Chocolate plus Biscuit based dough stick must become hard. Now cut this stick into evenly sized pieces to form a pattern like that of a Jalebi as shown in the image below.
Now Biscuit Chocolate Roll is ready to serve. Store them always in the refrigerator and consume. Most children love the Biscuit Chocolate Rolls.

Sorry madhu, could not reply you. Will register to the foodworld blog. I’m improving my website. So thought of registering after that. Thanks for the comments. Try to update doubled layered sweet.
The chocolate cream quantities are all in teaspoon. This will give 3.5 tsp of cream. Is this correct?
Yes, that’s right. Depending on your taste/preference, you can add additional cocoa powder upto 1/2 tsp only. Beyond that you may get bitter taste on your chocolate roll. Thanks
hema alternatively can we use chocolate drink i mean boost ,bronvita..in place of choco powder
Kashvi – You can use Chocolate drinks like Boost or Bournvita, but powder it before you mix it with other ingredients. My feeling is that you will not get the taste that you can get by using Choco powder. If you cannot find Choco powder, do try these powders. Let me know how Biscuit Chocolate Rolls come out. Thanks
