Stuffed Roti Ingredients:
Carrot – 1
Beans – 15
Capsicum – 1/2 medium sized
Cabbage – 1/4 small sized
Cauliflower – 10 florets (Optional)
Radish – 1 small sized (Optional)
Spring Onions – 1/4 cup (Optional)
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Green Chilly – 2
Soya Sauce – 2 tsp
Ajinomoto or Tasting Salt or China Salt – 1 pinch (Optional)
Oil – 3 tsp

Ingredients:
Rice Flour – 2 cups
Finely chopped Onion – 1
Finely chopped Green Chilly – 2 (optional)
Chopped Curry Leaves
Chopped Coriander Leaves / Cilantro
Cumin Seeds / Jeera – 1 tsp (optional)
Salt
Coconut grated – 3 tsp

Baking or Cooking Soda – 2 pinch
Sugar – 1 tsp
